Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Original artworks and paintings

• Art prints

• Mail Club subscriptions and orders

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen during delivery.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

For damaged orders, please provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
